Zucchini (calabacin in Spanish) is also known as summer
squash. It has a lighter and softer texture than a squash though. 😊
Zucchini is known to be a must in low carb diets. I am here to share my simple, low carb and
rich in flavours Crispy Zucchini chips!
Ingredients:
1-2 Medium sized Zucchini
Olive Oil
Salt
Garlic, Cheese (optional)
Oregano
Parsley
- Slice
the zucchini in medium sized thickness.
Do not make them so thin as they will shrink once in the oven.
- Pat
dry with a kitchen towel.
- Put
the zucchini in a bowl. Drizzle
with olive oil, salt, oregano, parsley.
I personally add grated garlic and cheese for extra flavors.
- Organize
the zucchini in a tray and bake them at 180º for 60 minutes.
- Ready!!

P.S. In our case, it
is best served as a side dish to baked salmon or appetizer with cold 0 alcohol
beer. Hahahaha
