The Amateur Cook in me... Fish with honey and mustard sauce

This is an easy, kid friendly meal. I first tasted this combination in a food truck event in the city center. And it was awesome!! I asked the chef how he did it and here I am, sharing it with you. I hope you'll like it. 

Complexity: Easy
Preparation and Cooking time: 55 minutes

Ingredients: 
Organic honey
Mustard 
Olive oil
Fish - in this recipe, we used salmon and seacod 
Veggie side dish: potatoes and zucchini, sliced in round, thin slices

Procedure:
1. Pre heat oven to 180°. 
2. Prepare the veggies side dish on a sheet pan and pour a teaspoon of olive oil. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. 
3. Mix 4 tablespoons of organic honey and 2 teaspoons of mustard. Mustard has a strong flavour and taste. Regulate the amount depending on the "kick" that you like. 
4. Pour the honey-mustard mixture on top of the fish. 
5. Put the seasoned fish with the side veggies on the sheet pan.put in the oven at 180° for 30 minutes. 
6. Ready to eat!
