Preparation and Coking time: 45-60 minutes
Ingredients:
Chicken
Garlic
Peppercorn
Bayleaf
Soysauce
Vinegar
Brown sugar
Boiled egg, optional
Procedure:
1. Put the chicken in a pot and season it with: garlic, soysauce, peppercorn, vinegar, bayleaf, Brownsugar and water.
2. Bring to a boil and let it summer until chicken is cooked and tender.
3. Pour the chicken and its sauce in a bowl. Please remove the bayleaf.
4. Pour 2 teaspoons of oliveoil in the pot and sauté the garlic. Put the chicken and sauce.
5. Reduce the sauce.
6. Ready to serve. Enjoy!!
