The Amateur Cook in Me... Salmon con Salsa de Naranja

Quick, healthy, fresh and light lunch or dinner.  

Complexity:  Easy 
Preparation and Cooking Time:  approx 45 minutes 

Ingredients: 

2-4 slices of salmon 
orange juice 
1/2 teaspoon sugar 

Procedure: 

1. Pre-heat oven 
2. Wash the salmon and put them on the oven tray
3.  Squeeze juice from 1 big orange or 2 medium sized oranges
4.  Add minimal brown sugar on the squeezed orange juice and mix 
5.  Pour the orange juice on the salmon
6. Cook in the oven at 160º for 30 minutes. 
7.  Ready to serve and eat!! Enjoy!!
