Prep and Cooking time: approx. 1 hr
Ingredients:
1 pastry dough ( you can get this from the supermarket)
1 medium sized apple, diced
Brown sugar
1 can, peach
Cinnamon powder
Procedure:
1. Caramelize the apple by heating a pan, adding the apple, brownsugar and cinnamon powder.
2. Drain the canned peach and slice the peach. Mix it with the caramelised apple.
3. Put the parchment paper on the mold. Lay down the pastry dough and put in the apple and peach as filling.
4. Cook in the oven for approx. 35 minutes.
5. Enjoy!!!
