The Amateur Cook in Me.. Chicken Soup

This is my easy, go to dish whenever my hubby is down with colds or with fever.  This is fresh, healthy and budget friendly.  This dish is super appropriate for winter, to combat the cold weather! 

Complexity: Easy
Preparation and Cooking time:  45 minutes 

Ingredients: 
1. 1 medium sized carrot, 
2. 3-4 celery stalks 
3. fish sauce 
4.  1/4 chicken breast, without skin, in slices 
5. boiled egg (optional) 
6.  onion and olive oil 
7.  water 

Procedure: 
1. Pour olive oil and saute onion. 
2. Add the chicken and mix until slightly cooked 
3. Add the carrots,celery and mix all together
4, Add fish sauce to taste (this substitutes the use of salt.  In cases that I use salt for cooking, I use himalaya salt). 
5. Add water and bring them to a boil. 
6  Put to medium heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes. 
7. Slice the hard boiled egg and include it prior to serving.
