The Amateur Cook in Me.. Vietnamese Spring Rolls

This is a delish, fresh, super easy and super light meal!! Perfect for a light dinner meal!! 




Complexity: Easy 
Preparation Time:  20 minutes 

Ingredients: 
1.  Vietnamese Spring Roll Wrapper 
2.  Bean Sprouts
3. Spring Onion
4. Peppermint 
5. Fried Onion Flakes (optional) 
6.  Cooked/Boiled Shrimps 

For the sauce: 
1.  Vinegar 
2.  3 cloves of garlic
3.  Chili flakes 

Procedure: 

1.  Peel off and devein the shrimps. Set aside. 
2.  Soak in water the spring roll wrapper for 15 seconds. It should soften. 
3.  Gently put the softened spring roll wrapper on a plate and put 2-3 slices of cooked shrimp, then top it with bean sprouts and then the peppermint and the spring onion.  Add the onion flakes if you want to. 
4.  Wrap the filling with the spring roll wrapper. 
5.  For the sauce, put all the ingredients together.  Put more chili flakes if you want it more spicy. 
6. Ready! Enjoy your meal.
